As of today, over 1 million records have been stolen including:
- Full names
- Dates of birth
- Social Security Numbers
- Health plan information including beneficiaries and family members

Horizon Actuarial provides technical and actuarial consulting services for many union benefit plans in the United States, and this data breach has affected dozens of its institutional clients, including:
- SAG-AFTRA (SAG-Producers Pension Plan and the AFTRA Retirement Fund)
- Major League Baseball Players Benefit Plan
- National Hockey League Players Association Health and Benefits Fund
